From Knowledge to Acknowledge
You know everytime I feel like saying something that would make me look and appear alot more wise and complex and all that.
My spirit stops me in my track
For that split second. I have a decision to make.
And I reckon its just so important
That we recognize that the extent of what we know
Is in truth the decay of what we don’t..
We live as though we own ourselves.
We speak as though we deserve to be honoured
How do we live with ourselves?
How do we walk when an equal, somewhere on this land we are on; can’t?

I believe that we’ve come to a point in life where we have to choose now.
Because we have lost far too much time.
I don’t want to be counted in with a generation, that did alot, but not enough.
I refuse to be part of a organization or a cult that is only about self glorification,
I pray I will never be part of a church who cares about only whats inside.
We’re part of something so much more bigger than ourselves.
We’re are the now.
we are once in a lifetime.
Lets start doing what we sing,
Lets start believing what we speak,
Lets start living.

A man cut off by the sea may save his life if he will risk it on the precipice. He can only get away from death by continually stepping within an inch of it.
A soldier surrounded by enemies, if he is to cut his way out, needs to combine a strong desire for living with a strange carelessness about dying. He must not merely cling to live, for then he will be a coward, and will not escape. He must not merely wait for death, for then he will be a suicide, and will not escape.
He must seek his life in a spirit of furious indifference to it;

I want to be that kid.

One fine day
During some awesome conference or church service or something like that
There was a kid
Now this kid was sitting in the middle of the service.
And the person delivering the offering message
Was preaching their heart out.
And people were just responding.
Everyone was going forward and putting money into the bucket in the front.
And the kid’s heart was racing
The words of the speaker
“Give your best”
Ringing in that kids ear.
He knew that he had no money in his pockets..
As everyone was giving.
That kids little heart raced like it had never done before.
As everyone made their way back to their seats
The kid wanted to give so badly..
As everyone sat down.
He got up.
Walked to the front.
All eyes were on him.
As he reached the front.
He looked into the bucket..
Paused for a moment.

And Stepped into the bucket.
The Psalm Of Change
Forgive me O’Lord
For I have sinned.
I have put others before you.
I have put loves before love.
Bring me back.
Bring me back to where my heart was fashioned.
Bring me back to the place of full joy.
Renew In me the life that does not grow tired from the day.
Renew In me my convictions.
Hold me up.
With the right sort of living.
Support me with the beams that hold eternity.
Take my heart and guard it.
As a castle, guards it king.
As a mother, guards it children.
As a flower, guards it beauty.
Dont throw me away.
But bring me In.
Invite me back into my own home.
